This position will provide legal support to KPMG on actual and threatened civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, regulatory investigations, and inquiries. The successful candidate will have a minimum of eighteen years of experience in well-regarded law firms or in-house legal departments, with a focus on defending complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations involving accounting firms, similar professional organizations, or financial institutions. They will also have a JD or LLM from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the . The ability to manage multiple litigations, investigations, and projects simultaneously, along with strategic thinking and strong collaboration skills, are essential for this role.
