# Patent Attorney

Lowenstein Sandler's Intellectual Property team is looking for an experienced Patent Attorney to join their team in Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA. This position requires a minimum of two to five years of experience as a Patent Attorney, with additional experience as a Patent Agent being an asset.

## Job Requirements

This position requires the following qualifications:

* A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
* Work experience as a software developer
* Excellent academic credentials
* Registration to practice before the USPTO

## Responsibilities

The Patent Attorney will be responsible for:

* Preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing
