• Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and external parties to build strong cases.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in all stages of asbestos-specific litigation.
• Strong background in general product liability cases.
• Active Texas Bar license with current practice in Texas.
• Excellent academic record in law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license.
