  • Attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings as necessary.

  • Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and development.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on energy and commercial litigation.
  • Strong interest and experience in construction and infrastructure disputes.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
  • Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
