Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as in-house counsel to support various practice areas as determined by the General Counsel
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients at all levels to support business objectives
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements aligned with business objectives and risk tolerances
- Provide strategic legal counsel and advice on a wide range of topics
- Monitor and stay updated on new developments in applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Help strengthen and improve support processes within the Legal Department
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively

Required Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admittance with a license to practice law in a State Bar
- 2-4 years of relevant experience practicing law in a law firm or in-house

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to counsel internal clients
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
- Strong prioritization and risk assessment skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook
- Familiarity with computerized contract management and legal research systems

Salary Range: $125,000 to $135,000
