Duties:

• Handle a variety of legal matters related to life sciences transactions and broader technology and intellectual property transactions.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions, providing legal support and expertise in the evaluation and negotiation of deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate strategic commercial agreements, including collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional activities.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to intellectual property, technology, and corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience in technology and intellectual property transactions.
• Proven experience in life sciences transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategic commercial agreements.
• Outstanding credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.

Certifications:

• Certification in intellectual property law or related field (preferred).
