Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Associate Attorney will be a vital member of deal teams and will be responsible for managing fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence to closing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance and will have represented borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in diverse finance transactions.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee key aspects of complex finance transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence processes.
  • Draft and review transactional documents.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
