Deloitte is seeking a Legal Business Associate - Senior for their Tax Legal Business Services team. This position is available in 41 locations and offers a competitive salary range of $80,920 to $184,210. The role involves leveraging technology to improve legal processes and partnering with clients to achieve their objectives. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions. They must also be able to travel up to 50% and work within a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

- Provide an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling, document extraction, and data management and analytics
- Deliver services that streamline processes and increase efficiency for clients
- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes using technology
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments
- Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities
- Assist with project management tasks
- Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall
- Participate in the development of team members
- Contribute to business development pursuits

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Experience with implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools
- Active accreditation or willingness to obtain one in the fields of CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, contract & commercial management, CFA, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, change management, business analysis, procurement/legal procurement, SAS® Certified Data Scientist, paralegal, Six Sigma, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, or Mitratech Team Connect and TAP
- Ability to work within a hybrid model and travel up to 50%
