The selected attorney will play a key role in managing complex corporate matters, including reorganizations, restructures, financing, acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, ensuring legal compliance and the best interests of clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Corporate Transactional Attorney.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex corporate transactions.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional drafting and document review abilities.
