Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support and counsel to the company, working closely with the General Counsel
- Stay informed on developments in relevant areas of law
- Create and implement educational materials for various departments
- Review and negotiate contracts as needed
- Collaborate with outside counsel when necessary

Qualifications:

- . degree and membership in a State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, either at a law firm or in-house
- Experience with drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Strong time management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in construction, federal government contracting, and/or litigation
- Ability to work with and adapt to a variety of departments
- Desire to grow a legal career within an in-house corporate team
