Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP) is looking for an Attorney to join their team in one of their primary locations in Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, or Idaho. The Attorney will provide legal advice to FMP leadership on a wide range of topics related to FMP needs, including legal risk mitigation in a government contracting environment, customer relations, strategic initiatives, and compliance programs.

### Job Requirements

* Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in at least one state of operation
* Active membership in good standing of the bar in at least one state of operation (NY, PA, or ID)
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

### Preferred Skills

* Experience or exposure to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex government contracts (experience with government construction contracts is preferred)
* Knowledge of FAR, DEAR, DFARS (preferably)
* Supporting contract, subcontract, False Claims Act, or other investigations related to federal procurement law and compliance issues
* Knowledge of organizational conflict of interest restrictions
* Superior analytical, written, and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
* Ability to provide sound, clear legal advice within the company, including senior executives

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is looking for an Attorney to join their team in one of their primary locations in Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, or Idaho.
