Will be responsible for a range of case assignments, including legal research, drafting civil pleadings, interviewing clients, conducting case investigation, deposition preparation, taking depositions, assisting with and attending trials, mediation and arbitration preparation, and assistance as well as court appearances. Should be a recent graduate intending to sit for the July 2023 Massachusetts Bar exam or currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
