The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, and an understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide written opinions on coverage matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to insurance coverage disputes.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding insurance coverage matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior research and writing ability.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Admission to the State Bar.
