Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with team members on all phases of litigation and arbitration

  • Brainstorm with team members to develop effective strategies for each case

Requirements:

  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
  • JD required

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent research, drafting, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience drafting various legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and memoranda of law
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Team player with exposure to sophisticated disputes and investigations
  • Experience with depositions and court proceedings is a plus
  • International experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required

Certifications:

  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

Skills:
