Requirements:

  • Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on bond finance transactions.
  • Strong understanding of municipal finance laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certification in Public Finance Law from the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) or equivalent.

Skills:
