The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing consulting advice to employers and handling all aspects of litigation.

Duties:

• Provide consulting advice to employers on employment-law compliance and best practices.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Possess a portable book of business, which is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in employment law matters, including labor and employment litigation.
