Duties:

• Research complex legal issues and provide comprehensive analysis.
• Draft legal memoranda and motions in support of litigation strategies.
• Appear and argue before the court on behalf of clients.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions of key witnesses.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic record from a reputable law school.
• Proven track record in researching and analyzing legal issues.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents and motions.
• Courtroom experience with the ability to argue persuasively.
• Experience in handling written discovery processes.
• Deposition experience, including the ability to take and defend depositions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
