New York City office of our client seeks a senior program manager, technical assistance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will develop customized technical assistance plans to meet the specific needs of state-level drug court coordinators, local drug courts, and other clients, as appropriate. Will provide expert assistance, both remote and onsite, to drug courts and justice system partners seeking to plan, implement, or enhance drug courts. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing client communications and relationships. Conduct and host site visits for a wide array of justice system stakeholders. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with funders, TTA providers, national experts, and other important partners in the field. Develop and write grant narratives for diverse funding sources. Assist with the development of practitioner monographs, fact sheets, toolkits, guidance documents, website features, and other written products. Assist in writing grant proposals, reports, publications, and other written products. Develop and deliver presentations at conferences and training events. Present at national conferences and training events, as needed. Perform additional relevant tasks, as needed. Must have drug court expertise to serve as Senior Program Manager, working primarily on the State-Based Drug Court Technical Assistance Program. Should have substantive experience with training and technical assistance, treatment of substance use disorders or mental illnesses, supervision or case management of those with substance use disorders or mental illnesses, or work in the field of public health, and the ability to apply this expertise to work with problem-solving court programs. Specific experience in the landscape of treatment courts or problem-solving is desired. Experience with grant writing or development preferred.
