With a minimum of three to five years of experience, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in all phases of insurance defense, including first-party property defense, document review, pleadings preparation, and trial attendance. As an Insurance Defense Attorney at the firm, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong writing skills while efficiently managing cases. Your responsibilities will include reviewing pleadings, preparing legal documents, handling discovery processes, and participating in depositions. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in trial preparation and attendance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) is essential, and familiarity with Timeslips, Acuity, Serengeti Legal Tracker, or CaseGlide would be a valuable asset. Membership in The Florida Bar and high academic credentials are required, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
