The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law and possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges.
  • Prepare clients for disability hearings and represent them effectively.
  • Engage in legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels.
  • Communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all stages of the disability process.

 

Requirements:

  • Attorney License.

  • Admission to the State Bar.
