New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate real estate/finance/transactional attorney with 5-6 years of experience. The candidate will advise internal clients on the structuring of complex real estate transactions, property acquisitions, and other mortgage lending and servicing transactions. Will draft/review transaction documents and manage/close transactions. Perform negotiations with external clients/counsel. Should have a background in sophisticated real estate transactions. Must have New York Bar admission. Additional state admissions would be a plus.
