Our law firm is looking for an experienced Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our legal team. This position requires an individual with and a member of the Bar in good standing. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling hearings, prehearings, settlement conferences, and depositions, as well as preparing pleadings and case reports.

## H2: Job Responsibilities

* Represent clients in Workers Compensation defense hearings, prehearings, settlement conferences, and depositions
* Prepare pleadings and case reports
* Research and analyze relevant legal issues
* Draft and review legal documents
* Develop and maintain client relationships

## H2: Qualifications

* 1-5 years of Workers Compensation defense experience
* Member of the Bar in good standing
* Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Total compensation (including salary, productivity bonus, and discretionary bonus) is in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and productivity.
