Job Details:

  • Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Demonstrating strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Utilizing transferable skills and showcasing a strong academic background.
  • Exercising strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and replying to correspondence efficiently.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.
  • Meeting deadlines, and expectations and performing work duties as required.
  • Performing all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

 

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
  • Specialized experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Having state and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the state of Georgia.
  • Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on health care, ERISA, and commercial matters.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
