The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school, excellent communication and drafting skills, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Senior Attorney will play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, managing projects, and communicating effectively with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.

Job Details:

• Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Demonstrating strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Specialized experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• Having state and federal court experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of Georgia.
• Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on health care, ERISA, and commercial matters.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
