  • Represent clients at arraignments, hearings, and court trials, advocating for their interests

  • Seek assistance from experts as needed, demonstrating sound judgment to achieve desired results
  • Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Negotiate plea bargains and settlements with prosecutors, advocating for favorable outcomes for clients

  • Provide ongoing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their understanding of the legal process

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in criminal law in Florida State Court
  • Familiarity with various legal documents and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active member in good standing with the Bar with no pending or prior disciplinary history

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar
