Requirements:

  • Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Admitted to practice law in Kentucky or eligible for admission through reciprocity.
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
