Freehold office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a workers' compensation attorney with 3+ years of experience in NJ Workers' Compensation cases, representing either Petitioners or Respondent. The candidate will focus on the rights of the injured worker in matters pending before the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation. Will manage a full caseload of workers' compensation matters independently, including pleadings, discovery, remote and in-person court appearances, motion practice, trials, briefs, and appeals. Must be licensed and in good standing in New Jersey. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate and Document Management systems.
