Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Conducted legal research and provided analysis of complex legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on family law matters.
• Stay current on legal developments and case law relevant to family law litigation.
