Law Firm is looking for a motivated and experienced associate to join its Insurance Practice Group in its Gulfport office. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of experience in insurance law and strong writing and research skills.

Job Summary:

Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Insurance Practice Group in its Gulfport office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance law, strong writing and research skills, and excellent academic credentials. Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents related to insurance law
• Assisting clients with their legal needs related to insurance law
• Researching relevant legal issues and providing advice to clients
• Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Negotiating settlements and other agreements
• Advising clients on their legal rights and responsibilities
• Keeping up to date with changes in insurance law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of experience in insurance law
