This firm specializes in corporate and tax work and is working on multi-million dollar projects. Candidates must be experienced in handling all phases of broad transactions from start to finish, reviewing contracts, and advising clients on day-to-day operations. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and LatAm experience is preferred.
