Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience in writing motions, defending/conducting depositions, legal research, and drafting litigation documents, including complaints, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses. The candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, including preparing for trial and drafting appellate briefs. Will present immediate exposure to a wide range of complex legal issues, including Title IX, defamation, and commercial matters. Experience in federal practice is required. Must be admitted to a State Bar in good standing.
