The Office of the Attorney General serves as the attorney for the State of Florida and offers internships in various divisions, including Civil Legal Services, Child Support Enforcement, Criminal Appeals, and Consumer Protection. These internships are primarily unpaid, but students may receive academic credit or participate in law school sponsored programs such as Pro Bono Programs, Law School Clinics, or Paid Stipend Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal assistance and support to the Civil Legal Services Division in various legal matters
- Represent the Department of Revenue in child support enforcement cases

- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide quality legal services to state agencies
- Gain practical experience in the workings of a state agency and the legal system

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
- Available to intern a minimum of 20 hours per week
