Job Summary:

As a Commercial Litigation - Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing practical and effective legal advice and advocacy for clients in all phases of the legal collection process. This includes preparing and signing pleadings, making court appearances, and implementing strategies to collect on judgments obtained on behalf of clients. You will also have the opportunity to attend continuing education classes and seminars to stay up-to-date on any changes in laws and court procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-7 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in creditors' rights and collections
- Membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law in the State posted
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws

- Superior time management skills and ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
