Job Summary: As a Commercial Litigation - Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing practical and effective legal advice and advocacy for clients in all phases of the legal collection process. This includes preparing and signing pleadings, making court appearances, and implementing strategies to collect on judgments obtained on behalf of clients. You will also have the opportunity to attend continuing education classes and seminars to stay up-to-date on any changes in laws and court procedures.
