Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Manage all aspects of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on commercial litigation issues.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle labor and employment matters as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Outstanding research, writing, and litigation skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex legal matters.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with labor and employment matters (strongly preferred).

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred).
