Join a diverse team of specialists and help clients navigate complex business opportunities and challenges. Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as location and operation strategies, entity selection, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization - Advise clients on tax planning decisions and their potential short and long-term implications at a global level - Collaborate with colleagues in Mergers & Acquisition Tax to structure tax aspects of private equity and strategic transactions - Assist with preparing tax provisions for financial statements and compliance work product - Give guidance on income tax treaty planning opportunities for cross-border investing and trading activities - Provide services to alternative investment companies, assisting at all stages of the investment life cycle Qualifications: - Minimum eight years of recent experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning - Bachelor's degree and licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM or foreign equivalent - Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions - Excellent research and writing skills, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills - Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements, supervise and train staff, and maintain professionalism and excellent client service - Proven track record of developing and deepening client relationships and expanding market presence Salary Range: KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
