Job Overview: A law firm in New York City seeks a diligent and experienced Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess a . degree, be Barred in NY, and have a strong background in drafting and negotiating NDAs or similar commercial agreements. The Attorney will manage various legal tasks, meet tight deadlines, and provide excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate NDAs and other commercial agreements.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Prepare written memoranda and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, video, and conference calls.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements:

• . degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs or similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution.
• Cumulative GPA of or higher.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and assume significant responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex legal and commercial concepts.
• Experience with direct client contact preferred.
