Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients in matters related to affordable housing and tax credit transactions

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents
  • Assist in negotiations with clients, developers, lenders, and governmental entities
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex real estate transactions
  • Attend meetings, hearings, and closings as required

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Membership (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or willingness to seek admission
  • 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate law
  • Strong background in title and survey matters, easements, and leases
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:
