Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing targeted advice
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed
- Connect clients to all lines of business at . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions fulfill clients' short, medium, and long-term needs and objectives through holistic goals-based planning approach
- Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with established network
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Focuses on client experience and works tirelessly on their behalf

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach in business
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
