Duties:

• Update clients on the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies.
• Evaluate personal injury claims to determine their merit and potential outcomes.
• Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests.
• Participate in personal injury trials, with first chair trial experience preferred.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Membership in the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Experience in evaluating personal injury claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Membership in the Texas Bar in good standing.
