To be considered for this role, you must have a . degree or . degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in a . jurisdiction. Alternatively, you must have four plus (4+) years of experience practicing intellectual property law or be registered to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office. A . or . in computer science, bioengineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, mathematics, or electrical engineering is also acceptable.

Preferred qualifications for this role include ten (10) or more years of experience practicing patent or intellectual property law, with at least five (5) years in the area of AI, ML, deep learning, data sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, or bioengineering.
