A law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a moderate to high caseload, from opening new files to trying cases, while maintaining excellent client interaction and communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Open new files and manage the initial phases of case development
  • Develop and implement litigation plans for Workers' Compensation cases
  • Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather relevant information
  • Make court appearances on behalf of clients
  • Actively participate in trials with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain exceptional client interaction throughout the legal process.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice (Florida)
  • Proven experience in Workers' Compensation law
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a moderate to high caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
