ALSC is seeking an experienced attorney to lead their Fairbanks law office as a Supervising Attorney. This role involves supervising attorney and support staff, managing caseloads, maintaining a general caseload including litigation, overseeing administrative functions, preparing grant applications and reports, and serving as a representative in the community. The ideal candidate will also have management experience, a commitment to serving low-income individuals, and a background in cross-cultural situations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise attorney and support staff
- Manage caseloads and review cases
- Maintain a general caseload including litigation before courts and administrative agencies
- Oversee administrative functions of the Fairbanks office
- Prepare grant applications and reports
- Serve as an agency representative in the community, including conducting community legal education
- Travel to rural communities in the Interior

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years legal experience
- Admission to practice law in Alaska or admitted to practice in another state and eligible for an Alaska Bar Rule 43 waiver
- Computer proficiency (Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Internet, e-mail and data entry)

Salary and Benefits:
