To be considered for this role, you must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to a US state bar in good standing, and have experience practicing IP Litigation in a prominent law firm or large corporation. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in engineering or hard science is required, and admission to practice before the USPTO and advanced degrees in hard science are preferred.

The base pay for this position ranges from $143,300 to $286,700, with some variation depending on location. The role may also involve 20% travel and requires continuous sitting and keyboard use for prolonged periods.
