Job Overview:

  • Prepare legal pleadings and motions for property damage cases.

Duties:

  • Utilize computer skills across Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with Time Matters software is a plus.

 

Requirements:

  • Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Jury trial experience preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Florida Bar Membership in Good Standing.

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal software and computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
