The ideal candidate will proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, provide superior customer service to clients, and make improvement recommendations to practice managers. They should have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and possess 1st chair family law experience. Additionally, the candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas and have the ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

 

Duties:

  • Manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including regular status updates and reviews of case progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the practice and make recommendations to management.
  • Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 1st chair family law experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

 

Education & Certifications:
