Corporate Counsel - Contracts Attorney

Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Manage contract administration policies, systems, and procedures
- Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements
- Assist with legal research and compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with in-house or outside counsel
- Complete additional assignments as requested

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reviewing contracts
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to professional services and business agreements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure

Location and Schedule:

- In-person, full-time position in Lakewood, NJ
- Normal hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Minimal to no travel expected

Salary:

- $100,000 - $115,000 per year
