ILAS is seeking a dedicated and passionate staff attorney for their Lewiston office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $65,000 per year, with potential for growth based on experience. ILAS is a non-profit organization that provides no-cost legal services to low-income individuals and families in Idaho. The selected attorney will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable and at-risk populations through direct representation in various practice areas.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct representation to clients in family law, housing, public entitlements, and elder law cases.
- Manage caseload from beginning to end using professional judgment.
- Communicate with clients, draft legal documents, and make court appearances.
- Collaborate with co-workers and partners.
- Conduct occasional outreach and education to organizations and groups that serve the client community.

Requirements:
- Must be a member of the Idaho State Bar or able to transfer based on UBE score.
- Interest in poverty law and serving vulnerable populations.
- Extra consideration given to applicants with a history of public service or fluency in Spanish.
