Duties:

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.

Preferably 1-3 years of insurance defense experience.
