- Salary range: $120,000-$155,000/year based on education and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- 4-7 years of real estate experience in a law firm or in-house legal department setting
- Advising clients on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents and contracts
- Conducting thorough due diligence and identifying potential risks
- Representing clients in real estate transactions and dispute resolution proceedings
- Providing legal counsel and support on complex legal issues related to real estate
- Staying updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AdobePro, and legal research tools
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice law in Colorado or reciprocity states
