This is a virtual position with the opportunity to work on projects that impact people's lives around the world. As a Staff Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio. This includes negotiating contracts, analyzing market studies and financial data, and working with legal counsel and external brokers to ensure favorable outcomes. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation, as well as experience in real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively engage in continuous process improvement efforts, leading to a world-class corporate real estate function. We are seeking a strong people leader with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline - Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation with a Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 13 years of experience with a Master's degree - Strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation Preferred Qualifications: - Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, and scenario modeling - Formal training in negotiation skills - Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database - MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience Salary Range: $123, - $185, Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, and paid time off.
