Duties:

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the entire deal process, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, understanding and addressing their sophisticated needs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior associates within the practice.
• Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements related to mergers and acquisitions matters.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of Illinois (active and in good standing).

Skills:

• Exceptional mergers and acquisitions skills.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership skills to supervise and mentor junior associates.
